If you have an active subscription but you get the lite mode prompt and your account is in lite mode, you may need to re-authenticate.

How to re-authenticate: Open up the OTR Diagnostics Application, Click on the Green OTR Logo in the top left-hand corner of the dashboard, Click Account Details, Click Logout, then log in with your account details.
