Forced Regen or Reset Aftertreatment Commands Not Appearing in the App

If certain commands are not appearing in-app, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Go into the About section of the app (click our logo on the top left of the app) and make sure the engine profile and engine component sections do NOT state generic or are blank.

  • If the profile and component sections are NOT blank or generic, force close the app and reconnect.

  • Ensure you are using the correct adapter(s), if applicable (BLmini only).

  • Ensure you are connecting directly into the diagnostic port and are NOT plugging into an ELD or Y-splitter.

  • Ensure you followed the connection steps to properly pair and connect your tool to your phone and truck.

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team at [email protected] or by calling 586-799-4375.

If the profile and component sections state generic or are blank, follow the steps below:

  • Force close the OTR Diagnostics app, disconnect the tool from the diagnostic port, and remove your key from the ignition.

  • Wait approximately 2 minutes after cycling the parking brake or opening and closing the door.

  • Reopen the app, reconnect, and the issue should be resolved.
