Soot Level or Other Live Data Parameters Not Accurate
Updated over a month ago

If your live data parameters are not reading accurately, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify you are using the correct adapter(s), if applicable (BLmini only).

  2. Verify you are connecting directly to the diagnostic port and not into an ELD or Y-splitter.

  3. Verify you are not going generic and are pulling the correct engine profile and components. You can do this by ensuring you have all 3 commands (Reset fault codes, Reset aftertreatment, and Forced regen) available in the Commands section of the app. Also, you can navigate to the About section of the app and ensure the tool is pulling the correct information for the engine profile and engine components.

  4. Perform a real-time test using his throttle position. As you press on the gas, your live data for the throttle position should correspond accordingly.

If there is a long delay, it is not responding, or if the issue is not resolved, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] or 586-799-4375.
