If you are having issues logging in on iOS (login failed, spinning circle after attempting to log in), verify you are using the correct email address that is associated with your DX account.

If you are having issues logging in on Android (login failed), verify you are using the correct email address that is associated with your DX account.

After verifying you are using the correct email, try one of the below:



  • Force close the app and attempt to log in.




  • Reset your password by selecting "Forgot password" and attempt to log in again.
