iOS - Lite Mode Issue

Please make sure you have updated to latest iOS version 2.1.6.2 THE FIX: Log out, then back in. HOW TO: Click on OTR Logo on the dashboard, Click Account Details, Click Logout, then login with your account details. Contact support@otrperformance.com if you need any help!

This issue has been resolved by updating your OTR Diagnostics app to 2.1.3.3, please log out and log back in to reauthenticate.

Investigating

We have increased reports that customers are going into the LITE mode when updated to latest iOS version 2.1.2.3. THE FIX: Log out, then back in. HOW TO: Click on OTR Logo on the dashboard, Click Account Details, Click Logout, then login with your account details. Contact support@otrperformance.com if you need any help!
