Now that you've activated your account, installed the app, and logged in, its time to get started!

________________________________________________________________________________________________

The first screen you will see is the "Home" tab. This gives an overview of your logged fault codes, command history, and provides access to our blogs and the pairing guide.

Note: On the top left of the screen, you can click the OTR logo to access your account details, contact support, chat with us, vehicle information, and your app settings. From the account details page you can manage your subscription or log out of the app. Select "Chat with Live Support" to send our Customer Support team a live message. We can assist with connection troubles, technical questions, and provide customer support to resolve subscription or account-related inquiries.

The second tab, "Fault Codes," gives you access to your fault code information. You can see active and inactive fault codes, the number of times you have received each fault code, and a detailed description of each fault code if you select an individual code you want to investigate or learn about.

________________________________________________________________________________________________

The third tab is the "Commands" tab. From here, you can reset your fault codes, perform bidirectional commands to reset your aftertreatment, and run a forced DPF regen.

________________________________________________________________________________________________

The fourth tab is "Live data," where you can view live data while your truck is running. Use this information to diagnose truck issues, monitor your truck's health, and track progress after repairs have been made. This screen can be configured to display in grid or list view.

________________________________________________________________________________________________

The final tab is the "History" tab. This is where you can see all of the fault codes, commands, and trucks you have connected to. This tab allows you to track your truck's health over time, and you can use the filters to sort by fault code, command, or VIN, as well as by date.
